"GPL" — "Grace Podvyazny Lager" is a light beer variety, a mix of IPA and Viennese style with a unique invigorating taste, a pronounced hop aroma and a barely perceptible trail of bitterness. The finish is not dry. The mouthfeel is medium, supports the character of late hopping, which occurs with the hop variety "Podvyazny" with its unobtrusive subtle bitterness. This hop variety is grown on its own hop plantations. Malt for this variety is made from malting barley of the "Grace" variety, which is characterized by high extractivity and a degree of fermentation.
