A distinctive feature of beer is a "live" hop cone framed by a bright malt pastoral. The hop bitterness is felt, but its intensity is extremely moderate. The bouquet shows nuances of toasts, caramel, sweets, spices, fruits and berries. The color of the drink is rich and bright. A stable creamy foam forms in the glass. The taste of the beer is malt, with different shades: some have tart, others have sweet, with distinct caramel tones, background hops. In language, beer feels rounded, slightly creamy, medium-bodied. When brewing a drink, we use two types of hops, which we grow on our own plantations, and a blend of several malts as the basis. The result is a beer with a rich, saturated bouquet, a little like a light lager, but more malty, with a pronounced caramel profile.
