A wonderful natural drink, with a rich history and excellent taste characteristics. "Barkhatnoe" beer is traditionally brewed from barley malt. It is believed that its ancestor was the original "Black" beer produced by many breweries of tsarist Russia. In recent history, the production of this beer was resumed in early 1936, having undergone various changes in the recipe over time. This drink has many positive properties and has a beneficial effect on the body— relieves nervous tension and stress, improves metabolism, normalizes the gastrointestinal tract, lowers blood pressure, contains B vitamins, valuable trace elements and minerals. Beer lovers appreciate it as a great addition to recreation, fishing and picnics. The distinctive features include the following characteristics: deep, saturated color; persistent, medium-grained foam; caramel (sometimes honey) sweet taste with fruity notes; bitter aftertaste with hints of wood. The use of dark caramel and burnt malts, which are produced in mini malts specially designed and installed by our engineering group, give the beer a unique velvety taste.
