The top-fermented "Yeletskoye Pshenichnoe"beer has a pleasant, fragrant aroma with a noticeable wheat note, a pronounced clove-citrus taste, combined with a large amount of white, sparkling, boiling foam. This variety of wheat beer is characterized by high carbonation and a dry finish. The main part of the filling is wheat malt, obtained at our own malt house. Malt is made from golden spring wheat, which grows on fertile fertile land in the ecologically clean Izmalkovsky district of the Lipetsk region.
