For the production of this type of beer, a classic technology is used with the use of a two-brewed mashing method. The recipe includes fermented rye and unfermented malt, which gives the drink a velvety and dryness, as well as a spicy shade of dark bread crust. The taste is caramel, almost vanilla, goes well with the hop bitterness and saturation of standard malt.
